Our neoprene zip jumper makes dressing easier with the added zip along the shoulder - which not only looks great - but enables easier dressing with the wider neck opening and increased access to the head and shoulders. Additionally, for those who require access to their arms, we have added invisible zips along each sleeve. Great for those who need access to IV drips or other medical devices, but don’t want to frequently have to take their jumper off or bunch their sleeves up.

Chunky shoulder zip with circular zip puller

This creates a wider neck-opening which can make the jumper easier to get on and off around the head, which is convenient for those that dress themselves and require assistance from someone else. This opening also provides greater access to the chest for things like chest ports. There is a large ring-puller attached to the zip which makes it easier to get ahold of and pull on to move the zip up and down.

Printed Label, No tag

None of JAM’s products have tags or care labels. Apart from the fact almost everyone finds tags annoying, for those with sensory-related dressing needs tags can make a huge difference to comfort, and therefore regulation and participation in other more important activities. Printed-on labels are also beneficial for those with reduced mobility who may be at risk of getting pressure sores from big bulky tags, or are unable to adjust their clothing to eliminate the discomfort caused by tags and labels.

Invisible zips along both sleeves for access to the arms

Invisible zips in the same colour as the jumper makes these features very subtle in appearance. There is one along the inside of both sleeves that stretches along the length of most of each sleeve. These provide greater access to arms allowing for things like IV drips, needles, blood pressure cuffs and other medical devices. This is useful for those that may require frequent medical intervention and means you don’t have to take off the whole jumper for them to occur.
