RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return any full priced items for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving your products.
Returned items must be unworn and in original condition. Returns that are damaged or show signs of wear, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All returns are at the expense of the customer. We strongly recommend using registered post to ensure your parcel arrives safely to JAM.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.

If you are outside the 14 day return timeframe, you may be denied a returns form.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express payments online.
All domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post and are at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping.
Receive free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100 when you enter the code 'FREESHIPPING' at checkout. You must be an Australian customer to use this discount code.
JAM currently offers international shipping to New Zealand, UK, US, Canada and Singapore. All orders are delivered via Sendle and shipping will be calculated at checkout.
